10 Sephora Sale Must-Haves You Need In Your Life

Sephora Sale Makeup Product Recommendations

If anyone knows me personally, you know that I am an absolute Sephora ADDICT. I could spend hours in the store and you’ll still have to drag me out! From always testing out new beauty products, I get a lot of questions on what my favorites are, so I figured doing a post rounding up my favorites during the Sephora sale would be helpful!

How to Shop the Sale + Promo Code

Due to a lot of stores being closed during quarantine and now re-opening, Sephora is doing a welcome back sale for Beauty Insiders that runs now through August 23rd. You can get $15 off your purchase of $75 and $20 off your purchase of $100. If you’re shopping on https://www.sephora.com/, use promo code: “WELCOMEBACK“. You can use the code once online, and unlimited times in stores.

To shop the Sephora sale, you do need to be a “Beauty Insider”. Beauty Insiders is their free rewards program and all you need is an email or phone number to sign up. I highly recommend joining, even if you only spend $50 at Sephora a year. Not only are you able to shop exclusive sales like this one, you’re able to earn points with each purchase you make which you can redeem for rewards like high-end samples and other fun goodies. You’re also always able to redeem a small birthday gift. 🙂

Now moving on to the makeup products…

These are makeup products I have used for at least 1-7 years. I’d probably cry if they discontinued any of these products, so you know I truly swear by them!

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder

I’ve used this powder for years and it is actually magic! It gives an airbrushed finish because it’s super micro-fine, so it doesn’t settle in lines or sit on top of skin making it look cakey. Plus, the ingredients like almond oil give added skincare benefits! I use shade Medium.

Hourglass Ambient® Lighting Bronzer

I’ve been using this bronzer for 4 years and have never been able to find one that I love as much as this. I use it on the high points of my face where the sun would naturally hit to bring back some warmth and it gives the prettiest sun-kissed, lit-from-within glow! I use shade Radiant Bronze Light.

Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray

This setting spray is the BOMB! It absorbs oil, controls shine and locks in your makeup for the whole day. It actually has temperature control technology in it to lower the temperature of your makeup – crazy. This is another product I’ve been using for 4+ years!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette

This is an eyeshadow palette I recommend to EVERYONE. I’ve been using it since the launch and it’s the perfect neutral palette. It’s easy to travel with and has all the mattes and shimmers you’d need to create any look. Great for both minimalistic and glam makeup lovers!

Charlotte Tilbury Eyes To Mesmerize Cream Eyeshadow

This cream eyeshadow is again great for both minimal makeup wearers and ones who love full glam. I’ve used it by itself and blend it out into the crease with a fluffy brush and it creates a pretty dimensional eyeshadow look without using multiple products. You can also use it as a lid topper to finish off your eyeshadow look with some shine. All of the shades are gorgeous, but my favorites are Champagne, Oyster Pearl and Amber Gold.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner

A lot of people like to use white eyeliners in their waterline to make their eyes look bigger, brighter and more awake. I’m one of those people and call me crazy, but I love to use a very light blue in my waterline. I use this eyeliner in shade Deja Blue. Trust me y’all, I’ve used this for 3+ years and it’s a game changer! It makes your eyes pop, gives that doe-eyed effect and is long-wearing. I have blue eyes, but I’ve put my brown eyed girlfriends on to it and it works amazing for them as well!

Stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner

I started using this liner in HIGH SCHOOL, so I’ve been using it for almost 7 years! It’s an amazing felt-tip liquid eyeliner that’s an intense black and easy to control for beginners and pros in the winged liner world. I think all liquid liners can only be waterproof to a degree and I’ve tested many. This one does the best job at holding up through waterworks and not making you look like a raccoon.

Shiseido Eyelash Curler

If you aren’t curling your eyelashes, what are you doing?! Curling your lashes totally transforms your eyes (yes, even for you girls that insist your eyelashes are stubs) and this curler is the BEST I’ve ever tried. It won Allure Magazine’s Best of Beauty for good reason. It fits into so many eye shapes perfectly to lift and hold the curl without pinching them! Another item I’ve been using since High School!

IT Cosmetics Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing & Lengthening Mascara

If you’re going to have your lashes curled, you need to pair it with an amazing mascara! This one is incredible at not only making my lashes super thick, but also lengthening and holding curl! I’m super picky about mascara brushes and formulas and this is one I’ve gone back to for years.

Dior Lip Glow Lip Balm & Lip Maximizer Plumping Gloss Set

I know it sounds silly to buy Dior lip gloss/balm, but this stuff is worth it that I’ve used both for 3 years! They’re unlike any other lip product I’ve tried. The lip glow balm actually adjusts to the chemistry of your lips to make your own custom natural flushed shade. I use it every. single. day., regardless if I’m wearing makeup or not. The plumping gloss is SO good. It truly makes your lips so plump and shiny, without the intense burning like most lip plumping products. Plus, they both have a nice, minty scent!

Phew! I know that was a lot, but hopefully this helped give you a good idea of products that are worth buying during the Sephora sale. Let me know what you pick up in the comments or on Instagram! And as always, please reach out via DM on Instagram if you have any questions at all!

XX,

JaLee Jane
